Reservations may be made up to one year in advance to the same month, starting at 9 a.m. on the first business day of the month. Full payment must be made at time of reservation. Tables and chairs provided for the number of people listed.

All rental facilities are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor facilities.

Decorations may not be nailed or taped to the walls of any indoor facility.

Parking

Reservations do not guarantee parking spaces. In all other cases parking is permitted in public lots only and parking regulations are strictly enforced.

Discounts

Metroparks members receive a 20 percent discount on the cost of all facility rentals, any day of the week.

Other discounts may be available on weekdays only for non-profit and senior citizens organizations, and other government agencies.

Only one discount per rental may be applied.

Payment/Cancellation Policy

Payment is expected in full at the time the reservation is made. In the event of cancellation, refunds are issued as follows. If the cancellation notice is received more than 90 days prior to the rental a refund of 75% will be issued. If the cancellation notice is received 60 to 90 days prior to the rental a refund of 50% will be issued. If the cancellation notice is received 30 to 60 days prior to the rental a refund of 25% will be issued. If the cancellation notice is received less than 30 days no refund will be issued.

Weddings

Weddings are welcome in the Metroparks public areas, but prior arrangements must be made with the reservation department 419-407-9700.
